UTV Ireland launched on January 1^st 2015 and is Ireland's newest home for the best in entertainment, soaps, drama, documentaries and comedy, as well as a brand new and unique news and current affairs service for Irish audiences.

Employing over 100 people and broadcasting from HD studios in Dublin's Docklands, UTV Ireland also has regional news offices in Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford, as well as existing UTV facilities in Belfast and Derry - all of which serve the channel's news and current affairs programmes, Ireland Live and Ireland Live at 10, presented by Alison Comyn and Chris Donoghue. 

UTV Ireland is the new and exclusive home of Ireland's favourite soap, Coronation Street, as well as a host of Ireland's favourite programmes including, Emmerdale, Graham Norton, Mr Selfridge, The Jonathan Ross Show, Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, The Cube and much more. As Ireland's newest broadcaster, with Public Service Character status, UTV Ireland is also committed to producing home-grown content with programmes such as Rare Breed - A Farming Year, Less Spotted Journeys and Pat Kenny's much anticipated return to television with a series beginning in April 2015.
