MediaCom Dublin opened its doors in June 2008.  Since then we have seen steady and consistent growth to our current position as one of Ireland's largest media planning and buying agency. 

We work across all traditional, new and emerging media, everything from TV to digital, print to radio, outdoor to mobile, sponsorship to search.

Key people:

Andrew Dunn
Managing Director

Andrew's role is to ensure the agency runs smoothly, leading the management team to ensure the right resource and ethos is in place to deliver excellence for our clients. I believe in working in partnership with our clients and media contacts.

Andrew has extensive client development and management experience in the overall media industry in both the UK and Ireland. He has worked in the MediaCom network since 2001. Before moving to Ireland, Andrew was Business Director in MediaCom Scotland.  Prior to joining MediaCom, Andrew held media investment position with major UK agency, MEC. He has also worked in media sales with MTV Europe and STV.

Debbie Kiely
Business Director

With over 20 years of media planning and buying experience, Debbie's current role is as Business Director working across some of our key accounts.  In this capacity, Debbie is responsible for the operation and development of the client's business ensuring the smooth running of the account, operational excellence and  team output.  This approach puts MediaCom at the heart of our client's business; as a partner rather than a supplier.

Rachel Littlewood
Business Director

Rachel has over 17 years' experience in media with seven of those through MediaCom

She has worked in the Dublin and London offices of MediaCom, running teams responsible for a range of globally recognised brands including Coca-Cola, Bayer, Dulux, Muller and Volkswagen. This has given her a deep understanding of how to get the best out of herself, her  team and the wider network to deliver outstanding results for all her clients.  Rachel works closely with the local and international teams to deliver on all media goals, objectives and strategies.

James Heriot
Head of Investment and Implementation

At MediaCom we believe true media value lies in a combination of cost, quality and innovation and as Head of Investment and Implementation, James leads the team tasked with ensuring we deliver the right balance of these three elements to best achieve our clients' goals across all media, online and offline.

James has been with MediaCom Dublin since we opened our doors in 2008, having previously spent 6 years with UM London and has worked closely with some of the biggest advertisers in both markets, including Sky, Coca-Cola, VW Group and Universal Pictures.

Simon Hughes
Director of Insight & Evaluation at Mediacom

Senior marketing professional with over 16 years of sales, marketing and analytical experience. As the Director of Insight & Evaluation at Mediacom, Simon drives the market & consumer research process and the evaluation of optimal media activity and sales drivers. With this information MediaCom are able to deliver a clear understanding of a given market, feeding into business-critical decision-making within our clients' strategic process, aligning Mediacom as a strategic partner and not "just" a media agency.

Martin Pugh
Head of Digital

Martin has been at MediaCom for 4 years, after moving from MPG in London.  Throughout his career he has developed digital platforms across varied clients such as Expedia, SKY and Coca Cola.

As Head of Digital, Martin is responsible for ensuring that our clients are provided with digital strategies that suit their own bespoke needs. The umbrella term of digital encapsulates search and display through to mobile and social media.
